Solution & Commercial Enablement Leader, Global Managed Services

The opportunity

• The Global Managed Services Solutions Industrialization program is growing to optimize and mature more of the Firm’s leading solutions.  A key new role in the expansion is the Solution and Commercial Enablement Leader. 
• As a member of the Solution and Commercial Enablement team, you will engage with solution teams across EY to create and execute a plan to help the team develop and industrialize their solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Support client and delivery teams by coordinating solution industrialization activities including working sessions, status meetings, and key discussions
• Coordinate with solutions teams and SMEs to grow global MS solutions and guide the development of work products and key activities
• Monitor and document solution development and report progress
• Create presentations and reports to show progress to a variety of stakeholders.
• Leverage strategic business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy to support client teams and best coordinate program activities
• Focus on project outcomes, e.g., publishing of solution assets for global practitioners

Skills and attributes for success

• A product development mindset with experience in global products and consultative offering development
• Demonstrates design thinking capabilities and professional knowledge
• Demonstrates strong organization skills, with capability to work independently to plan, structure, and execute pursuit activities
• Passionate about problem-solving and helping our clients with some of their most complex issues
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word 
• Flexibility in working with various EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zones.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Degree in Business, IT, Product Management, or related field

• 15+ years of related work experience in the following areas (two or more):
  • Managed Service
  • Product development
  • Product delivery

Ideally, you’ll also have

Ability to enable global solutions teams to identify and address their most critical issues, ranging from alignment to service delivery, and drive sustainable business results.
