Job Name Executive Director - Financial Crime
Position Summary
- The proposed ED will lead the FinCrime team within GMS Fincrime team driving EY revenue / topline growth, GDS integration and firm’s overall profitability
- Implement EY’s global strategy for EY GDS FinCrime
- Drive cross collaboration and help increase GDS integration across all FinCrime solutions
- Drive pursuits, and enable EY member firms in winning in the market by pricing services more competitively, sharing capabilities across markets, and help improve margin by applying the global delivery model
- Enable GDS integration across geographies
Essential Functions of the job
- Supervise a team of approximately 300-400 professionals across multi- year large engagements for US and other regions
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention; learning and development programs to support our global strategy Develop a strong team for business growth and expansion
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities
The following are the analytical and decision-making responsibilities for this role:
- Provide FinCrime leadership in defining strategic business direction and supporting activities vital to the growth of GDS
- Direct, lead, and manage team in the execution of FinCrime engagements Lead business development efforts to grow FinCrime solutions
- Build and deploy high performing teams - Establish a compelling vision, engage in an inclusive way with people at a rational and emotional level, being clear and transparent in decision making, and mobilize the strengths, trust, and collaboration of all team members.
