Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team, focusing on supporting demands (new service catalogs, workflows, and enhancements) and incident/request (KTLO). The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, coupled with fluent English communication skills and a strong ability to engage with clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Support Role:
- Support development tickets according to internal prioritization.
- Develop new service catalogs and improve existing ones.
- Create/update workflows and forms, including record producers.
- Collaborate with the Assessment and Testing teams.
- Attend daily meetings for status updates.
KTLO Support Role:
- Manage various tickets within defined SLAs.
- Maintain updated status and effective ticket management.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure high C-SAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Coordinate closely with team members for seamless support.
- Monitor ticket backlog and ageing.
- Participate in daily status update meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and APP ENGINE modules.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
