The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ARCS solutions, configuring reconciliation rules, integrating data sources, and providing comprehensive support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle ARCS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client expectations.
  • Configure and customize ARCS modules to meet client-specific requirements, including reconciliation formats, matching rules, and integration with Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes, controls, and compliance requirements to effectively advise clients on best practices and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather business requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver training sessions on ARCS functionality.
  • Design and implement EPM data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various source system and Oracle ARCS.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation, addressing technical issues, and optimizing system performance.
  • Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 3-6 years of proven experience in implementing Oracle ARCS, with a track record of completing 2-3 full-cycle implementation projects.
  • Expertise in configuring Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules within Oracle ARCS.
  • Leveraging expertise in Certification rules, Currency Translation, and Summary Reconciliation/Group Reconciliations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing Matching rules, managing Journal adjustments, and building custom Reports and Dashboards to meet client-specific needs.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of EPM data integration principles to architect and implement robust integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and related modules is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oracle certifications in ARCS are preferred and demonstrate commitment to professional development and expertise in Oracle EPM solutions.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with other Oracle EPM cloud solutions like FCCS, TRCS, EPBCS, EDMCS etc.
  • Exposure to prominent EPM technologies such as OneStream, Tagetik, Blackline etc.
  • Diverse experience across different sectors, regions, and client environments.
  • A proven track record demonstrating end-to-end accountability, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving service delivery excellence.
  • MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications are preferred.
