JOB DESCRIPTION—Senior Consultant –Risk Consulting-EGRC- Enterprise Resilience
Job Summary

As Enterprise Resilience Manager, you’ll contribute technically to Enterprise Risk client engagements and internal projects related to technology, people, premises, processes, data and third parties to deliver services consistently. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with the team.
Client responsibilities
- Proven ability to work on Enterprise Resilience projects
- Right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing
- Work back with the project team, Engagement Manager and the near shore team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks and share mitigation plan
- Participate and lead client walkthroughs independently to perform current state assessment of people, processes and technologies, map critical assets and their dependency on supplier network.
- Knowledge of risk and controls applicable when critical assets are on prem vs cloud.
- Understanding of data localization laws and directives, DR strategies, Crisis and Communication Management, Isolated recoveries and Data Restores, Post recovery strategies and Procedures.
- Ability to visualise and propose solutions to customers based on the requirements shared
- Help prepare reports and drive AI led delivery to create sustained value for clients.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the team
- Regular status reporting to the project manager and onsite coordinators.
- Good documentation and communication skills and open to travel to client locations / other EY offices, on need basis
People responsibilities
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Mandatory skills requirements
- Over 4 years of experience in Enterprise Resilience, Cyber Resilience, and Cloud Resilience.
- Strong understanding of IT architecture to design and implement security and redundancy across client and supplier information systems.
- Hands-on experience in conducting Enterprise Resilience assessments and strengthening business continuity through effective crisis response planning.
- Proficient in identifying, analysing, mitigating, monitoring, and communicating risks related to business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, criticality assessments, single points of failure, incident response, cyber resilience, and third-party resilience.
- Experienced in developing resilience playbooks covering scenarios such as civil disruption, active attacker incidents, pandemics, cyber incidents, and crisis management.
- Skilled in drafting detailed assessment reports, including findings, associated risks, and actionable recommendations related to service continuity.
- Capability to design and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), along with dashboards for continuous monitoring of enterprise resilience risks.
- Experience in developing enterprise resilience policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory frameworks such as MAS BCM Circulars, DORA, OCC, BaFin, FINRA, FFIEC, and HKMA guidelines.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking tools like JIRA and resilience platforms such as ServiceNow, IBM, Fusion Risk Management, and Everbridge.
Preferred skills
- Experience in conducting awareness training and workshops on Cyber and Cloud Resilience
- Demonstrated track record with a consulting organization/bank.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of engagements and client management
- CA, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. having experience with other Big3 or panelled IT/ ITeS companies.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, Certified BCP, EC Council-DRP, etc.
