Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Payment Management: Schedule and process payments (checks, electronic transfers), ensuring timely disbursement to avoid late fees.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, bank statements, and internal reports to resolve discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized AP ledgers, historical records, and financial documentation.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues, answer inquiries, and manage relationships.
• Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reporting.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and support audits. Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Attention to Detail: For accurate data entry and verification.
• Time Management: To meet payment deadlines.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: For interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: To manage high volumes of documents and data.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software: (e.g., ERP systems, Excel). Accounts Receivables : Key Responsibilities
• Billing & Invoicing: Create and send customer invoices, account statements, and credit notes.
• Payment Processing: Record, process, and apply incoming payments (checks, electronic transfers, etc.) to customer accounts, matching them to invoices.
• Collections & Follow-up: Proactively contact customers for overdue payments via phone, email, or letter; manage dunning processes.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile AR ledgers, investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues efficiently.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on AR status, outstanding balances, and cash flow for management. Essential Skills & Qualifications
