Responsibilities:

• Candidate is not only an UI/iOS/Android expert and is responsible for guiding and leading the growth and development of our UI/mobile team.
• Partner with our technical leaders to set out a vision for our mobile team.
• Responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the UI/mobile development team.
• Contributes towards Native and Hybrid Mobile App Development for both Android and iOS, by bringing in deep core technology expertise and relevant business knowledge to the team.
• Play a critical role in leading the innovation and growth of our delivery accelerators
• Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support
• Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems and mobile technologies
• A thorough understanding of micro frontend, design patterns, iOS, Android, and mobile application integration

Experience Level:

• 20+ years of relevant experience
• Should have experience in team building.
• Work with external data sources and APIs.
• Should have Experience working as architect defining the overall technical architecture for the UI/mobile application
• Help set and fulfill the UI/mobile engineering hiring plan for the team including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Must have hands-on experience with React native, Flutter, Native Android, and Native iOS.
• You have experience working on a number of UI/mobile apps.
• Good orator and presenter with influencing skills to manage and negotiate complex conflicting solutions.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in a dynamic and disruptive environment.
• Experience in developing reusable frameworks
• Understanding various non-functional aspects in mobile application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability
• Expertise in highly scalable distributed architectures is a must; Experience in distributed caching techniques
• Experience in internet/ Startups/ product development companies is preferred

General and Educational Qualifications / Certifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 20+ years of experience.
• At least 1 Certification in one or more of these competencies - Cloud, Open Source, Database, Integration, Blockchain, AI technologies
• Experience in management consulting and IT advisory consulting organizations is a huge plus
• Graduate from top college known for computer science is a huge plus
