Executive: Digital Marketing – Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC)

 

As an Executive – Digital Marketing, you will support the execution of the EY GDS global employer brand across digital platforms through effective campaign delivery, content amplification, and strong stakeholder coordination.

 

This is a highly execution-focused role, where you will manage day-to-day campaign activities, drive platform operations, and ensure consistent brand presence across channels. You will also support employee advocacy initiatives and help maintain operational efficiency while adhering to EY brand and communication guidelines.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital and social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will contribute to strengthening  EY GDS employer brand and its digital presence through high-quality execution and collaboration.

 

 

Your Key Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Execute digital and social media campaigns aligned to business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including scheduling, publishing, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, service lines, and agency partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage Hootsuite and Hootsuite Amplify, including:
    • Publishing and maintaining content
    • Driving employee adoption and engagement
    • Monitoring performance and sharing insights
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives and content amplification efforts
  • Ensure all communication adheres to EY branding and communication guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to optimization efforts
  • Assist in content curation for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and internal initiatives
  • Manage multiple ongoing activities with strong focus on timelines, quality, and accuracy
  • Manage content and help with the updation of owned channels

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
  • A thorough understanding and interest in social media trends and pop culture
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, campaign workflows and advocacy platforms such as Hootsuite and Hootsuite Amplify
  • Basic understanding of paid, owned, and earned media
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills

 

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Interest in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Basic understanding of audience targeting and digital platforms
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
