Job description: Enablement & Service Improvement Senior Analyst
Position Summary:
- This position is responsible for supporting the Global TI&A intake and triage processes, monitoring and tracking the
- portfolio of change requests (CRs) and projects, and ensuring effective reporting and issue resolution. The
- Enablement senior analyst also plays a vital role in change management, driving and coordinating TI&A communications, managing the Community of Practice (CoP), and assisting with hiring and onboarding activities.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Assist in the intake and triage processes for Global TI&A requests, ensuring that all inquiries and requests are logged, prioritized, and addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and facilitate effective communication throughout the intake process.
- Monitor and track the portfolio of change requests (CRs) and projects, ensuring that progress is reported accurately and that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Provide regular updates to the Enablement and Service Improvement Lead on the status of projects and any potential roadblocks.
- Support change management initiatives within the TI&A team, assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to manage transitions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that changes are communicated clearly and that stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.
- Drive and coordinate TI&A communications, including the creation and distribution of newsletters and other
- informational materials to keep stakeholders informed of updates and initiatives.
- Ensure that communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage the Community of Practice (CoP) by creating presentation decks, facilitating meetings, and following up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among CoP members to enhance the effectiveness of the TI&A team.
- Prepare and maintain reports on the volume of work and overall health of the TI&A team, providing insights to
- support decision-making and resource allocation.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in operational processes.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and
- integration into the TI&A team.
- Collaborate with TA2 and leadership to identify staffing needs and facilitate recruitment efforts.
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Analyze the status and progress of the portfolio of Change Requests (CRs) and projects, identifying potential
- bottlenecks or issues and making recommendations for resolution to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and analyze reports on the volume of work and overall health of the TI&A team, using data to inform decision-making and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and workflows, providing insights and
- recommendations to support effective change management and minimize disruption
- Assess the effectiveness of TI&A communications, including newsletters and updates, to ensure that information is clear, relevant, and reaches the intended audience, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Strong analytical abilities to assess project statuses, interpret data, and derive actionable insights that support
- decision-making and operational improvements.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies to effectively monitor and track the
- portfolio of Change Requests (CRs) and projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create clear and engaging newsletters, reports, and
- presentations, as well as to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of change management processes and best practices to support the implementation of new
- initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of projects and initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in response to evolving
- team needs and organizational goals.
Supervision Responsibilities:

Due to global nature of the role; travel and willingness to work alternative hours will be required

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Educated to degree level
- Higher professional or master’s qualification is preferred, not required
Certification Requirements:
Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required
Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required
Experience:
- Experience in delivering functional reporting solutions for business
- Experience on supporting reporting capabilities and its implementation (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, custom
- solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment
- Experience of having worked on reporting and analytics solutions and its delivery
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating with talent colleagues to understand needs/requirements and of
- underlying reporting and data governance processes & systems
- Experience of participating in global dispersed teams to enhance services, processes, and standards
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results
- Demonstrable experience of working with third party vendors / external system implementors to deliver reporting solutions
- Demonstrable experience of anticipating issues and challenges and proactively working to navigate challenges
- Experience of conducting internal and external research and analysis, providing best practices and insights to drive improvements
- Demonstrable experience of having worked in a collaborative environment or provide SMR advice to achieve successful change outcomes
