Job Description: Advanced Associate/Senior Analyst – US Access Letters Team (EYP EMS)

Position Title: Advanced Associate (Staff2 / Senior 1)
Team: US Access Letters Team – EYP EMS

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and legally proficient professional to join the US Access Letters Team within EYP EMS as an Advanced Associate. The role involves reviewing and analyzing legal documents, with a primary focus on contract-related content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established standards.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze contracts and related legal documentation with a focus on access and compliance requirements
  • Interpret key contractual terms and assess potential risks or inconsistencies
  • Perform document review tasks with high accuracy, maintaining quality and turnaround benchmarks
  • Support preparation and validation of access letters in line with client and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive legal information
  • Adhere to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
 
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Qualification: Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution
  • Experience: Relevant experience in contract review and/or document review
  • Strong understanding of contractual clauses, legal terminology, and risk indicators
  • High level of attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
 
Operational Requirements
  • Ability to work in US shifts
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, based on business requirements
 
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in legal operations, contract lifecycle management, or document review teams
  • Familiarity with US legal documentation and standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
