EY-Advisory - Data and Analytics – Manager – Cloud Snowflake Architect

The opportunity

We’re looking candidate with 14-18 years of data management, enterprise data management, data analysis, consulting, software solution designing and architecting on cloud platforms and project management skills.

Your key responsibilities

• Work as a Data Architect to contribute in various technical streams of cloud data management to address challenges to technical solutions considering security, performance, scalability and cost
• Experience in Enterprise grade solution implementations.
• Design end-to-end Snowflake data warehousing, data lake, and data sharing solutions, including data modeling (dimensional, denormalized) and data flow mapping.
• Implement data security measures, access controls, and data governance policies within Snowflake
• Experience in cloud architecture and services- Azure, AWS
• Partnering with business and technical leaders to develop solutions on the cloud platforms
• Experience in data modelling, data mapping, data profiling and meta data management
• Interface and communicate with the onsite teams directly to understand the requirement and determine the optimum solutions
• Create technical solutions as per business needs by translating their requirements and finding innovative solution options
• Experience in Stake holder management, Managing a Geographically Dispersed Team. etc.
• Lead and mentor a team throughout design, development and delivery phases and keep the team intact on high pressure situations.
• Get involved in business development activities like creating proof of concepts (POCs), point of views (POVs), assist in proposal writing and service offering development, and capable of developing creative power point content for presentations
• Participate in organization-level initiatives and operational activities

Skills and attributes for success

• Use an issue-based approach to deliver growth, market and portfolio strategy engagements for corporates
• Strong communication, presentation and team building skills and experience in producing high quality reports, papers, and presentations.
• Experience in executing and managing research and analysis of companies and markets, preferably from a commercial due diligence standpoint.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• 10-12 years of experience in Wealth and Asset Management sector preferred
• Cloud architect certifications
• Experience using Agile methodologies
• Experience in Snowflake Datawarehouse, SnowProcs, Python and SnowSQL
• Experience in AWS/Azure technology stack and components.
