About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our AI & Data PE Consulting team, focused on driving data-driven transformations for Private Equity (PE) clients and their portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of AI strategy consulting, data analytics expertise, private equity domain knowledge, and hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

You will work closely with C-suite leaders, operating partners, and portfolio company executives to help them leverage GenAI, analytics, and data-driven platforms to unlock value, accelerate digital transformation, and create competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Data Consulting for Private Equity

• Partner with PE Operating Partners and portfolio leadership teams to define and execute AI, GenAI, and analytics-driven strategies.
• Develop and deploy AI implementation playbooks, frameworks, and accelerators that drive tangible value creation.
• Assess technology cost optimization, data monetization, and digital transformation opportunities across portfolio companies.

GenAI & Digital Transformation

• Lead GenAI-driven initiatives, including solution ideation, prototyping, and scaling across portfolios.
• Build proprietary AI/ML accelerators to enhance business processes such as customer care, software development, predictive analytics, and operational automation.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, LLMs, process mining, and advanced analytics to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Data & Analytics Strategy

• Architect data solutions leveraging cloud platforms, data engineering frameworks, and predictive analytics models to solve complex business challenges.
• Guide portfolio companies on setting up data governance frameworks, data marketplaces, and analytics COEs.
• Design end-to-end data transformation programs, from roadmap creation to solution implementation.

Business Development & Client Management

• Work closely with PE account leaders to identify opportunities and develop tailored value propositions.
• Support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and client orals for strategic PE accounts.
• Represent the firm at global analyst briefings, industry forums, and thought leadership platforms.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across consulting, product development, and data engineering.
• Foster collaboration between AI product teams, analytics experts, and sector specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive knowledge sharing and capability-building within the team.

Key Requirements

• Educational Background
• MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, Analytics, or Business Management.
• Engineering or quantitative background preferred.

Professional Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, and strategy consulting, preferably within private equity, M&A, or portfolio transformation contexts.
• Proven track record in AI-driven transformation programs, including GenAI, predictive analytics, and process mining.
• Experience in building and deploying accelerators, playbooks, or proprietary platforms for data-driven consulting.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of GenAI frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), data visualization tools, and analytics solutions.
• Exposure to ERP transformations (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) and portfolio tech integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, or PAFnow.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional client engagement and stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate AI into business value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• GenAI, AI/ML, or data analytics certifications (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Coursera, etc.)
