We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst – Manager to drive the development, support, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable reporting solutions, ensuring platform stability, and enabling seamless integration across multiple data sources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting performance, and drive data-driven decision-making across operations, safety, and supply chain domains.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and datasets to support business decision-making
- Build scalable and reusable semantic data models to enable consistent reporting across multiple functions
- Optimize DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs for performance, accuracy, and maintainability
- Improve Power Query transformations and data preparation workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Deliver business-critical reporting across domains including:
- Operations monitoring and performance tracking
- Safety compliance and incident reporting
- Supply chain analytics and reconciliation
- Ensure reporting solutions meet performance, usability, and visualization best practices
- Continuously improve reporting solutions through user feedback, monitoring, and optimization initiatives
Data Management
- Develop and maintain complex, high-performance T-SQL queries for large-scale reporting datasets
- Design and implement robust data models (logical and physical) aligned with reporting and analytics requirements
- Apply appropriate data modeling techniques, including normalization and denormalization strategies
- Implement comprehensive data validation frameworks to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Establish and maintain data reconciliation processes across multiple source systems
- Ensure consistency of data across reports by enforcing data governance and standardization practices
- Optimize data pipelines and queries to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Platform Support & Integration
- Provide end-to-end L2 and L3 production support for Power Platform-based BI solutions
- Monitor and resolve issues related to:
- Data refresh failures
- Performance bottlenecks
- Data inconsistencies and anomalies
- Integrate reporting datasets from multiple sources, including:
- Databricks and cloud-based processing platforms
- Azure and AWS data services
- Enterprise systems and APIs
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot and optimize reporting pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability
- Support enhancements and upgrades to BI platforms and reporting frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to:
- Gather and refine reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions
- Deliver actionable and meaningful insights
- Establish strong relationships with operations, safety, and supply chain teams
- Align cross-functional teams to enforce standardized reporting practices and governance
- Communicate insights and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations and reporting insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Power BI (dashboards, datasets, semantic models)
- SQL (advanced querying, optimization, and performance tuning)
- DAX (complex calculations, measures, and performance improvements)
- Proven experience in building and supporting enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- Data modeling concepts and techniques
- Data quality, validation, and reconciliation frameworks
- Performance optimization for reporting solutions
- Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage and support high-volume, enterprise reporting environments

Education:
- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
