We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade BI reporting solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will drive reporting excellence across key business functions such as operations, safety, and supply chain by ensuring high-quality, scalable, and governed data solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into impactful reporting insights, while managing teams, enforcing data standards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
BI & Reporting Leadership
- Lead development and optimization of Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models
- Define and enforce enterprise reporting standards and best practices
- Establish consistency in data visualization and reporting methodologies
- Drive adoption of Power Platform capabilities across teams
- Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, performant, and user-friendly
Data Engineering & Modelling
- Design and optimize T-SQL queries for large-scale reporting datasets
- Build and maintain logical and physical data models
- Apply appropriate normalization and denormalization techniques
- Develop and enforce:
- Data quality standards
- Validation frameworks
- Reconciliation mechanisms
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across reports
Platform Integration
- Oversee integration of data sources including:
- APIs
- Cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks)
- Enable seamless data flow across enterprise reporting ecosystems
- Ensure reliable data pipelines feeding BI platforms
- Support integration of multi-source and multi-platform data systems
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and BI engineers
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
- Drive effective communication and alignment across business and technical teams
- Manage and resolve L2/L3 production support and reporting issues
- Ensure team productivity, delivery quality, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI (reporting, data modeling, dashboards)
- SQL (advanced querying and optimization)
- DAX (measures, calculations, performance tuning)
- Experience building enterprise-grade reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and reporting standards
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Education:
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
