Senior Manager – Insurance Data, Analytics & AI

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Data, Analytics & AI Leader to join our team as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will bring 18+ years of overall experience, including 10-12+ years within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with deep expertise across insurance business operations, data and analytics transformation, and technology-led business modernization.

Role Overview

This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience working with insurance carriers and a strong understanding of insurance products, operations, regulations, business processes, reporting requirements, and performance management frameworks across the insurance value chain. The successful candidate will drive large-scale Data, Analytics, and AI transformation initiatives that enable business growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise-wide Data, Analytics & AI strategies aligned to business objectives and transformation priorities.
• Lead large-scale initiatives spanning:
• Data Strategy & Roadmaps
• Data Architecture & Modernization
• Data Governance & Data Quality
• Data Integration, Conversion & Migration
• Enterprise Reporting & Business Intelligence
• Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement
• Data Platforms & Cloud Transformation
• Design and implement scalable insurance data ecosystems, analytical platforms, KPI frameworks, reporting solutions, and AI-ready data foundations.
• Drive insurance data modernization programs involving legacy transformation, cloud migration, enterprise data platforms, and next-generation analytics solutions.
• Advise clients on target-state operating models, transformation roadmaps, data operating frameworks, and strategic investments in Data, Analytics, and AI.
• Lead complex programs from strategy through execution, ensuring governance, financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and successful business outcomes.
• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable value through data-driven initiatives.
• Contribute to business growth through solution development, pursuit support, proposal leadership, and account expansion activities.
• Build and scale reusable accelerators, frameworks, industry solutions, and best practices that enhance delivery effectiveness and client value.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams while strengthening organizational capabilities across Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI.

Insurance Domain Expertise

Candidates must possess strong functional knowledge across the insurance value chain, including:

Experience & Qualifications

• 18+ years of overall experience with 10-12+ years in the Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes, operational models, regulatory frameworks, and industry data ecosystems.
• Experience supporting modernization programs involving core insurance platforms, data migration, data conversion, enterprise reporting, and analytics transformation.
• Familiarity with leading insurance platforms, industry data models, integration frameworks, and insurance technology ecosystems is highly desirable.

• Proven experience leading and managing large-scale Insurance Data, Analytics & AI Managed Services engagements, with accountability for service delivery, SLAs, operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Experience establishing and scaling global delivery models across onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams while ensuring high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
• Strong understanding of production support and managed services operations, including incident management, problem management, service request fulfilment, release support, change management, and operational reporting
