EY - GDS Consulting – GRC Technology – Enterprise GRC (FS) – Archer Architect - Manager
As EY GDS Consulting Manager, you’ll manage as well as contribute technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
The opportunity
We’re looking for GRC Solution Architects with experience on IRM modules, who will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of eGRC solutions, effectively mapping business needs to technical requirements, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our eGRC environment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead conversations and projects. Your key responsibilities
- Lead solution design of eGRC implementations, demonstrating understanding of the client organisation, enterprise architecture and desired outcomes. This includes understanding various global and country specific risk and compliance management frameworks/regulations and developing innovative IRM solutions to meet requirements.
- Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to define, design, and implement GRC solutions and ensuring they address business requirements and align with future state.
- Create system design and detailed technical documentation including designing integration of IRM solutions with third party applications
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in platform architecture, guiding both internal teams and clients.
- Configure and enhance platform using scripts and platform capabilities
- Conduct deep-dive technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Lead a team of developers and testers and participate in system and integration testing, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Educate and coach colleagues and users on functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure that all implementation work is carried out in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices.
- Effective upwards management to program lead and executives.
- Contribute to business development activities including written proposals, presales activities, functional demonstrations and presentations, especially with a focus on providing design and effort estimation inputs
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
- Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8+ years industry experience, experience in technical leadership - leading larger teams. Should have led/completed at least 10 end-to-end end Archer IRM implementation engagements.
- Significant experience in Archer development and implementation.
- Experience in IT solution architecture and understanding of enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience in configuring on-demand applications and all configurable items including Fields, Data Driven Events, Notifications, Access Roles, Workspace, Dashboard, iViews, Advanced workflow etc
- Hands-on experience on Questionnaire, Custom Object, Campaigns, Reports, Mail Merge
- Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds, APIs, Data Publications.
- Strong understanding of Risk and Compliance management processes.
- Archer Certified Associate & Certified Administrator is recommended
- Exceptional problem-solving capability and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in strategy, business development, finance and budgeting desirable
- Finance Domain experience and knowledge is desirable
Ideally, you should also have
- B.E/B.Tech (Comp. Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications)/MBA with a minimum of 8+ years of experience with other Big3 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
- Robust understanding of program and project management practices
- Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization
- Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management
- Good to have experience in GRC roadmap review, vendor comparison and selection.
- Exposure to other GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, Enablon, etc. would be an added advantage
