Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the service delivery projects with least 5 years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Design and Development.
• Well versed with MuleSoft Architecture, error handling and data reprocessing mechanisms.
• Must have worked on one proposal in terms of Estimation, staffing etc
• Must have experience working in ERP integrations- primary Oracle ERP (EBS R12/Oracle Fusion cloud)
• Should have designed and worked on at least 3 middleware engagements using different technologies.
• Experience on MuleSoft AnyPoint platform, API design and development and exposure to API led connectivity methodology.
• Should have working knowledge in implementation of multiple connectors, usage of different integration patterns, having knowledge on different message formats using MuleSoft.
• Must have knowledge in code version mechanism using tools like Jenkins, GIT hub, Azure Devops
• Knowledge on other Middleware platforms will be added advantage.
• Understand and design the Integration requirements based on the source and destinations systems.
• Should have sound design knowledge with respect to different Integration Patterns File/Batch/real-time/JMS.
• Strong knowledge of integration with Oracle R12, SAP, Salesforce, Rest/SOAP Webservices and Database Platform (Preferred – Oracle DB – 19c or above - ATP/On-prem) and API monitoring skills
• Should be well versed with Web Service Fundamentals (HTTPS/HTTP).
• Should have good knowledge on SOAP and REST service design implementation.
• Should have expertise with Extensible Markup Language (XML), XML Schema Tools (XSTL), XML Schema Definition (XSD), Web Services Description Language (WSDL), and XML Path (XPath), JSON message format.
• Expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio Anatomy, Runtime Manager, RAML, YAML, Batch Jobs, Data Transformations using Data Weave, Flow Controls, Error Handling Strategies and Security implementation using OAuth etc.
• Should have experience on various deployment models and best practices
• Should be capable to manage/mentor/guide team and handle customer team directly.
• Have good understanding of and exposure on GEN AI, Agents and MuleSoft latest updates on AI.
• One or More Architect Level Certifications are mandatory:
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect - Level 1 (Must have)
• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect - Level 1(Good to have)
• MuleSoft Certified Catalyst Specialist (Good to have)
• One or more developer certifications are preferred:
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (must have)
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 2 (Good to have)

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Design and architect integration solutions based on Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in implementing APIs, integration flows, and custom connectors.
• Develop and maintain architecture and coding standards, best practices, and methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Collaborate with other architects and technical leads to create a cohesive integration strategy.

Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Provide technical leadership in all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and MuleSoft updates to enhance the capabilities of the integration platform.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to resolve them.
• Should have worked/knowledge on RFPs generally done in MuleSoft/Integration area.
• Should have knowledge with at least one other integration platform.
