Job Summary

We are looking for a data visualiser in Power BI who is motivated to combine the arts of analytics and designResponsibilities will include translation of the design wireframes to dashboards in Power BI combining data from SharePoint Lists or Excel sheetsUses standard applications, like Excel and Power BI for providing reports required in team sites, workflow trackers etc. created in SharePointUnderstands and anticipates customer’s needs to meet or exceed expectationsWorks effectively in a team environment
 

Technical Skills/Tools Requirement​

Essential ​

  • Power BI, SharePoint, HTML5, CSS3

 

Desirable ​

  • MS Excel, Access, SharePoint Modern Pages
  • Design skills - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD ​

 

Roles and responsibilities​

Essential ​

  • Design database architecture required for dashboards
  • Possess in-depth knowledge about Power BI and its functionalities
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications
  • Design, build, and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools)
  • Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g., MicroStrategy)
  • Create tools to store data (e.g., OLAP cubes)
  • Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
  • Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
  • Develop and update technical documentation
