Automation & AIOPS Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Manager to helm our Automation and AIOPS division, with a particular focus on integrating GenAI technologies. With a professional tenure of up to 15 years, the successful candidate will be expected to pioneer the deployment of innovative automation scenarios and infuse AI-driven operations with next-generation AI insights. This role is crafted for a strategic thinker who is adept at merging the technical sophistication of GenAI with practical automation to deliver transformative IT operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically design and direct the implementation of advanced automation initiatives, leveraging GenAI to refine IT operational processes and introduce intelligent, self-optimizing systems.
- Lead the adoption and integration of AIOPS frameworks, utilizing GenAI to enhance system diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and operational analytics.
- Innovate and execute automation projects that incorporate GenAI, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and provide a seamless IT service experience.
- Ensure effective collaboration across various departments, guaranteeing that GenAI-driven automation is well-aligned with organizational goals and IT infrastructure.
- Maintain a cutting-edge understanding of automation, AIOPS, and GenAI advancements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Play a key role in expanding business opportunities by showcasing the strategic benefits of our GenAI-powered automation and AIOPS solutions through compelling proposals and engaging client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Up to 15 years of extensive experience in IT, with a concentrated expertise in automation, AIOPS, and the strategic deployment of GenAI technologies.
- A history of successful project management, showcasing the ability to oversee complex automation initiatives that integrate GenAI for enhanced IT operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for nurturing teams towards achieving excellence in a technologically advanced and dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, with proficiency in elucidating complex GenAI and automation concepts to a varied audience.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Certifications or advanced training in AI, GenAI, or automation technologies are highly advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in contemporary automation tools (such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and AIOPS platforms that incorporate GenAI (like Dynatrace, New Relic).
- Practical experience with scripting and automation frameworks, particularly with integrating GenAI into scalable IT processes.
- Strategic insight into cloud-based automation and AIOPS solutions, including the capacity to weave GenAI technologies into current and future IT infrastructures.
- Awareness of the ethical implications and governance associated with the deployment of AI and GenAI within corporate environments.
