Risk Assets – Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager, with 7-12 years of product strategy, product ownership and/or product management experience, adhering to Agile methodologies and industry practices, with deep expertise in Features, Epics, Themes, prioritizing features, achieving consensus among various teams and playing a role of Product Guardian.

Your key responsibilities
Product Vision and Design
- Champion the product vision and roadmap for the Risk Assets and related platform/s, aligning it with overall business strategy and market demands.
- Drive strategic planning and execution for key features, ensuring timely delivery and optimal market fit.
Scope Refinement
- Refinement of target state, business requirements and even functional specifications as needed, towards the product features prioritization and overall product vision
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical acumen, expertly gathering, analysing, and meticulously defining comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements
- Leverage specialized expertise to synthesize complex information and design innovative solutions that strategically leverage and extend existing business applications and services within Risk Assets
Stakeholder Engagement and Cross-team collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison and strategic partner, collaborating extensively with subject matter experts, end-users, and technical teams to deeply understand and translate complex business and operational data needs into actionable product requirementsProvide functional support to all phases of delivery (Sprints, Testing, Hypercare etc.)
- Ability to use right judgment in deciding competing priorities across multiple teams (business, Engineering, Data, Deployment etc.) to achieve productive collaboration across teams
Agile Expertise and Change Leadership
- Rigorously conduct comprehensive planning and proactive change management activities, ensuring smooth adaptation to evolving market and business demands
- Proactively identify and strategically resolve any issues arising from changing requirements, minimizing disruption and maintaining project velocity
- Champion and implement best practices in business analytics and Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ability to use right judgment in deciding competing priorities across multiple teams (business, Engineering, Data, Deployment etc.) to achieve productive collaboration across teams
Skills and attributes for success
Required Skills
- 7-12 years of product strategy, product ownership and/or product management experience, adhering to Agile methodologies and industry practices
- Working experience in
- Strategizing and owning product lifecycle
- Defining Product MVP features (minimum viable / Base version)
- Achieving consensus of priorities across all stakeholder teams (Business, IT, Data, Ops)
- Challenging status quo with relevant and new industry insights
- Curating the product, from perspective of features
- Refining User personas and User journeys (product users)
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certifications – Either CSPO or PSPO (Scrum) or SAFe POPM
- Working experience in Risk domain
Education:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience OR MBA (Masters of Business Administration) in Strategy or Finance or Technology
