We are looking for a Technical Analyst with 4-7 years of IT Business / System Analyst with strong experience in Credit Risk IT functions. In this role, you will work with Business and Technology teams to draft Functional specifications, Data Requirements, System integration requirements, Platform configuration requirements for Risk IT implementations. You will demonstrate relevant Agile driven approaches in Epics, Features, User Stories, Backlog items, Testing scenarios and all other phases and artefacts required to strategize and design Risk IT programs. You should have experience in any DFAST / CCAR Regulations, Credit Risk / Banking book topics along with Functional Specifications drafting, SQL Driven analysis and open source familiarity (preferably Python)

Your key responsibilities
Credit Risk and Regulatory Expertise
Provide Domain guidance in areas of CCAR / DFAST Regulations (14M/ 14Q/ 14A schedules), with Credit risk heavy topics (Credit RWA, Collateral, etc.), with CCAR production or support experience
- Credit Risk Management and Measurement exposure
Functional Specifications
- Articulation of product features and relevant Epics, as relevant to the stage of implementation
- Creating and owning User stories, in adherence to industry practices and Agile methodology, with accurate and adequate Acceptance Criteria
- Information / Data analysis using SQL as needed
Quality Assurance
- Perform Techno-functional Testing (QA) for product features getting implemented as per the functional specifications
- Automate testing wherever possible using most feasible approaches (Excel/ VBA or Python or any available tool/s)
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery.
- Provide functional support to all phases of delivery (Sprints, Testing, Hypercare etc.)
- Ability to guide and coach junior TAs and testers in the team
Skills and attributes for success
Required Skills
- 4-7 years IT experience, working as a Business / Technical Analyst in CCAR / DFAST Reporting (Annual, quarterly and monthly schedules), with good exposure to Credit risk domain, model outputs, reporting attributes and Data checks
- Ability to closely work with Business and IT stakeholders to discover-gather-analyze and draft complete Functional specifications for target state platforms
- Working experience in Agile-driven projects in areas of Functional Specifications, Data requirements / Data mappings, Process and data flows, API specifications and platform requirements, using Agile methodologies
- Relevant technical skills in Python (basic frameworks), Data Analysis (SQL, MS Excel etc.) as well as Data Presentation skills (Powerpoint, PowerBI, or similar) to articulate Data findings as needed

- AI Familiarity (Co-pilot, Gen-ai, other)
Education:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
