Role Title: Strategy Pillar Lead – Global TC
Role Summary
The Strategy Pillar Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Global TC Chief of Staff and Global TC Leadership in shaping, operationalizing, and managing the strategic agenda for Technology Consulting. This role leads key strategic initiatives, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, and supports the rhythm of the business to ensure consistent execution of priorities across geographies, pillars, and enabling functions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a complex, global, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operational Support
- Support the Global TC Chief of Staff in developing and operationalizing the TC strategic agenda.
- Convert high-level strategy into actionable workplans, clear milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare business insights, leadership materials, and executive-level presentations for global forums.
Management of Strategic Initiatives
- Lead end-to-end execution of prioritized strategic initiatives across TC.
- Establish governance mechanisms, reporting cadences, and performance metrics for initiatives.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress; raise issues proactively with recommendations.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with TC pillar leads, regional leaders, Operations, Finance, Talent/HR, and other enabling teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate collaboration and influence outcomes.
- Ensure transparency, documentation, and consistency across global and regional efforts.
Strategic Communications & Change Enablement
- Develop compelling narratives, updates, and communication materials to support TC’s strategic direction.
- Support change management and adoption of new operating models, processes, or strategic initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging across materials and stakeholder groups.

- Strong strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information

- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and insights
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong storytelling and strategic communication capability
- Experience with professional services or consulting operating models (preferred)
Experience Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Chief of Staff office, Transformation, PMO, or related roles
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or operating in a global/matrixed environment
- Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder initiatives involving cross-functional teams
- Prior EY or professional services experience is an advantage
