EY- Leadership – Consulting
As part of our GDS Consulting team, you will be part of NCLC team delivering to clients across regions.
The client base spans across various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Consulting services.
The opportunity
We’re looking for leadership resource (Senior Manager) to manage the growth and diversification of our technology service offerings, with a focus on Microsoft Managed Workplace (MWP) services and advanced AI capabilities. The need for this role arises from the rapid expansion of our Microsoft MWP services and the addition of new services such as Copilots/Agents, Legacy Modernization in Power Platform, Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows 365. Additionally, there is an increase in collaboration with regional teams in EMEIA, APAC, and the Americas to standardize Everyday AI assets and establish governance and training for an Agentic build and marketplace setup
Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the expansion of Microsoft MWP services and the integration of new offerings into the service catalog.
- Lead the development of No Code agents with Copilot Studio, Custom multi-agent-based automation, and multimodal agents.
- Build capability and provide services to Fine-tune Azure OpenAI Service models to improve AI usage efficiency and efficacy.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize AI assets and develop governance and training programs.
- Drive the development of assets for the Legacy app modernization campaign, including creating accelerators for app migration from Pega to Power Platform.
- Explore opportunities to create agents for ESG carbon footprint and emission calculation scenarios.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor's or master's degree
- A minimum of 18+ years of experience, preferably background in a professional services firm.
- Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
