We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 4–6 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Windows Server platforms, and multi-cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP). In this role, you will design, implement, and manage secure and scalable identity solutions, modernize Active Directory environments, and support enterprise hybrid cloud adoption. You will also drive automation, enforce compliance, and collaborate closely with architects, developers, and security teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, AWS IAM, and Google Identity.
  • Implement SSO, MFA, conditional access, federation, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Support identity integrations with SaaS platforms, hybrid applications, and on-premises systems.
• Windows Platform Management
  • Manage and optimize Windows Server infrastructure (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PKI).
  • Oversee patching, configuration management, and migration from legacy platforms.
  • Integrate Windows workloads with Azure/AWS/GCP native services.
• Automation & Cloud Integration
  • Automate identity provisioning, policy enforcement, and platform management using PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Windows and IAM workloads across hybrid environments.
• Security & Compliance
  • Enforce RBAC, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, CIS, NIST standards and manage audits.
• Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery.
  • Provide L3 support for critical incidents and lead root cause analysis.
  • Mentor junior engineers on Windows and IAM best practices.

Skills and attributes for success

Required Skills

• 4–6 years IT experience, with 3–5 years in IAM and 3–5 years in Windows/Cloud platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Identity.
• Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022), Group Policies, PKI.
• Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible).
• Knowledge of cloud-native identity security, SSO, MFA, and federation.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, ELK, Grafana).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity & Access Administrator / Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Familiarity with Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or other IAM platforms.
• Experience in hybrid identity governance and compliance programs.

Education:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
