Job Title: Cutover Analyst (Supervising Associate)

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have skills of a Project Manager and understand technical components.The role requires technical knowledge of project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Proficiency or experience in SAP activities such as upgrades and migration are heavily preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain the cutover plan in MS Project
- Provide cutover status updates leading into cutover and during cutover
- Support development of Cutover Plan on a Page
- Support development of Cutover Integrated Plan
- Support execution of Cutover Plan
- Manage Cutover Issues & Risk Lifecycle
- Manage Cutover Governance deck with links to all project plans, TAPs and Lessons Learned documents
- Manage Cutover lesson-learned process
- Any other duties to support Cutover deliverables
- Document all items in a Microsoft Sharepoint in an organized timely manner
- Identify new tools that can be leveraged such as AI or Microsoft Power Platform
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- SAP experience is preferred but not required
- Very proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Excel
- Cutover experience of system implementation projects
- Clear communication skills and evidence of delivering to executive stakeholders while handling large scale teleconference meetings and deliveries. Able to adapt to live changing scenarios and questions while maintaining a calm, controlled, focused and guided teleconference meeting.
- Manage internal issues escalated from the team to remove barriers preventing them from performing their assigned activities
- Initiating Service Improvement Programs for the Cutover process
- Identify process / work activity improvements for areas related to the Cutover process and coordinate efforts to produce effective and consistent results
- Manage issues escalated from other functions or groups
- Provide quality metrics and reporting to promote compliance
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in managing cutovers for large, complex and highly integrated application landscapes with programs with a global template, single production instance and a dual path to production
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience of working within multi-location teams
- Experience of working in large programs of work
- Experience of Team Management with multi-location teams and team member are not direct reports
- Ability to build good relationships both within own team and with other teams
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Ability to bring multi-disciplined teams together into one delivery team
- Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
- Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams.
- Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
- Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution
- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
- Good mathematical ability
Other Requirements:
- Work independently based on direction from lead. Take accountability for the performance and results of a team while developing and executing cutover
- Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Experience of having worked on large, global IT deployment programs including preparing for go-live and supporting the immediate post go-live period
- Some travel may be required, possibly international
