About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Veeva PromoMats and Veeva CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our consulting team. This role will partner with Life Sciences clients to optimize commercial content management and CRM processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and digital transformation success.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation
- Support implementation and configuration of Veeva PromoMats and Veeva CRM systems.
- Help document business requirements, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
- Oversee system setup, testing, validation, and integration with downstream systems.
Client Advisory & Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on best practices for Veeva ecosystem usage.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials; deliver workshops and onboarding sessions.
Compliance & Data Integrity
- Ensure adherence to promotional compliance regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Maintain accurate system records, audit trails, and support governance processes.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Veeva platform updates and industry trends; recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial Ops, IT, Data Management) to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva CRM in pharma/biotech or consulting.
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, regulatory requirements, and data management principles.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Veeva certifications (Vault, CRM) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Approved Email, Event Management, Samples Management, Consent Management, Surveys, Reports & Dashboards, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting for commercial effectiveness.
