Job Description

Veeva CRM Manager/Architect

Experience:

Total : 10+ Years

Relevant : 6+ Years        

Responsibilities:

  • Define technical Solutions based on Project requirements for Veeva and Vault CRM
  • Own the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Veeva/Vault CRM architecture.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Responsible for implementing solutions that support business & Lead the technical delivery of Veeva/Vault CRM implementations.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to commercial processes.
  • Assist in system setup, testing, and validation activities to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • Provide day-to-day support for client users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Commercial Operations, Data Management, and IT teams to support sytem optimization.
  • Help ensure data integrity and compliance by maintaining accurate system records and audit trails.
  • Contribute to the development of user guides, SOPs, and training materials for client teams.
  • Development of custom solutions and integrations.
  • Review and Approval of technical Design.
  • Mentor the project team on technical aspects.

 

Knowledge and Skill:

  • 6+ years of experience working on Veeva platforms specifically CRM
  • Veeva/Vault CRM certified
  • Understanding of Veeva CRM & Vault CRM differences and migration experience
  • Experience in the Life Sciences Veeva ecosystem and deep understanding of CRM functionalities
  • Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as per the security requirements
  • Stay current with Veeva platform updates and industry best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Good understanding of integrations and middleware
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
  • ITIL v4 foundations certified preferred
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
