Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Aura.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, LWC, and Aura components.
• Write optimized and scalable SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Perform Salesforce configuration based on business requirements.
• Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with testing plans, documentation, and end-user training.
• Mentor junior developers and support development environment setup.
• Provide technical assistance, bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to support.

Skills and attributes for success

• 2–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
