Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Aura.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, LWC, and Aura components.
- Write optimized and scalable SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Perform Salesforce configuration based on business requirements.
- Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Assist with testing plans, documentation, and end-user training.
- Mentor junior developers and support development environment setup.
- Provide technical assistance, bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to support.
Skills and attributes for success
- 2–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL.
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
