Senior Service Designer (Rank 42)
Key responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for service design related methods and tools
- Create design pitches, PoVs centered around innovation/ design thinking/ UX/ service design/ design research
- Be able for delivering world-class thinking, presentations and meaningful innovation across brands, products, services, and experiences
- Be great at story telling – both visual and verbal.
- Lean towards project managing service design/research/strategy projects – when re-imagining, re-thinking and providing service design recommendation
- Work on projects in hands-on manner
- Manage client visits and present design-led pov independently
- Prepare design thinking workshop frameworks & facilitate co-ideation sessions
- Initiate activities to develop the studio
- Foresee and proactively deal with challenges in projects
- Run projects and take ownership of project deliverables
- Understand how your communication impacts others
- Support development of others
- Challenge and inspire community
- Demonstrate greater self-reflection and self-awareness
- Involve self in development of the studio
Who you’ll be:
- A skilled service designer with 5+ years of relevant design experience
- Designer with experience using concepts, methods, process, tools, and tech in pursuit of great service design
- Outgoing, results-oriented, motivated, and naturally collaborative
- Possess exceptional verbal, written, visual communication, and facilitation skills in English
- An individual with ability to self-reflect on their skill development – aware of what they know and can apply, and recognize where they have gaps that learning needs to focus on
- Owner of a fantastic portfolio you can share.
