The opportunity
The GTM Architect and Storytelling Specialist will shape and scale how EY Business Consulting communicates value—turning complex problems, transformation programs, and outcomes into clear, persuasive stories for senior client audiences and internal stakeholders. The role blends narrative strategy, executive storytelling, and high-impact content creation to accelerate growth, enable pursuits, and strengthen market positioning.
Your key responsibilities
- Leadership, Coordination, Marketing and Storytelling Expertise:
-
- Partner closely with senior Business Consulting leadership and client-facing executives to craft insight-led, thought‑provoking narratives that align with strategic priorities, transformation agendas, and growth objectives.
- Develop and embed structured storytelling frameworks and business narratives that clearly articulate the Consulting team’s value proposition, impact, and role in driving enterprise‑wide change and performance improvement.
- Lead the creation of high‑impact, consulting‑grade content assets, including executive client presentations, points of view, case stories, and activation materials that support pursuits, engagements, and market-facing initiatives.
- Strengthen the Consulting brand by curating consistent, high‑quality content that reinforces credibility, market leadership, and EY’s differentiation across strategy, transformation, and execution.
- Drive integrated content and brand activation initiatives that support go‑to‑market priorities, client conversations, and consulting growth objectives, ensuring alignment with EY’s overarching business narrative.
- Research and Insights:
- Conduct rigorous research on business trends, industry dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities, transformation levers, and strategic risks for clients and the firm.
- Develop insight‑driven reports, executive briefs, and actionable recommendations grounded in market data, industry developments, and business analysis to inform leadership decision‑making and client engagements.
- Engage with industry experts, analysts, and internal subject‑matter leaders to synthesize market intelligence, strengthen consulting perspectives, and sharpen EY’s points of view across priority sectors.
- Assess the business and regulatory implications of market and policy changes, supporting senior leadership in developing robust business cases and investment rationales for strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Constant Refinement and Transformational Augmentation:
-
- Continuously assess and refine content, insight, and storytelling processes to improve effectiveness, relevance, and impact across consulting initiatives and client engagements.
- Evaluate the performance of Points of View (POVs), narratives, and campaigns using defined success metrics, refining approaches to strengthen market visibility, client engagement, and decision influence.
- Strengthen go‑to‑market effectiveness by translating insights into targeted strategies that support revenue growth, pipeline development, and priority Business Consulting offerings.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives by synthesizing performance data, qualitative feedback, and market signals to drive informed adjustments and improved outcomes.
- Strategically select and optimize channels, formats, and delivery approaches to amplify reach and resonance with priority audiences, ensuring alignment with consulting growth objectives.
- Foster a culture of agility and adaptability by championing continuous improvement and responsiveness in content development and delivery.
- Partnering And Stakeholder Management:
-
- Partner with Business Consulting leaders, pursuit teams, and cross-functional collaborators (e.g., BMC/enablement) to shape storylines, validate messaging, and accelerate delivery.
- Solicit and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the storytelling approach and ensure relevance to priority markets and buyers.
