Supervising Associate – Cross Functional Governance Specialist (Product Support Specialist)
The opportunity
We are seeking Cross Functional Governance specialist who will support the Product Management teams to ensure they have reporting needed to remain in compliance with defined KPIs, roadmaps, and process. You will be a part of a transformational team that has a holistic view across the product management functions and provides a set of services and capabilities that enrich and enable the delivery of quality products, services, and platforms to our employees.
Your key responsibilities:
Core
The Cross Functional Governance specialist is responsible for the effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective stakeholder management across the product management functions. Primary to this position will be the ability to collaboratively develop and implement program solutions for product managers which align to the Product Management Lifecycle.
In addition, the Cross Functional Governance specialist will:

Deliver complex initiatives, with accountability for performance and results

Manage short- and long-term projects with impact across Enterprise Technology
-
Actively manage communications by working with teams to collect, write and distribute news
-
Develop content calendar for communication mediums, inclusive of the e-newsletter, Yammer site, special news alerts and others

Serve as the Risk Champion on the Information Security Remediation Working Group

Oversee the maintenance, updates, and expansion of PowerBI dashboards

Manage the work of PowerBI data engineer

Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight, and experience of best practices

Build and independently manage customer relationships across Enterprise Technology

Applies depth of expertise to guide others and interprets internal / external issues to recommend quality solutions
Skills and attributes for success
-
An understanding of the Product Management Lifecycle
-
Good understanding of Enterprise Technology/EY Finance structure, budgeting, actuals management
-
Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications

Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerBI
-
Exposure to project management and budgeting
-
Working knowledge of ADO and Agile project management

Excellent presentation skills

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to influence senior level stakeholders and leadership teams

Ability to engage and collaborate in diverse settings of people, perspectives, and experiences

A sense of urgency, agility, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure

Ability to listen and to think independently, and be a curious and creative person

Experience working in virtual teams
To qualify for the role, you must also have:

Strong written & verbal English language proficiency

Excellent technical skills

Ability to understand customer requirements to ensure the platform selected for the event meets the needs of the customer.

Ability to prioritize tasks, interpret information and apply technical knowledge to facilitate conversations with key stakeholders

Build and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of end users within the geography
-
Work independently and or lead projects as assigned.

Document and track the status of inquiries, coordinate appropriate responses, and follow up to ensure end user satisfaction. Provide team oversight to ensure support metrics and key performance indicators are achieved.
Education:

College degree in business or related technology field
Experience:
-
5+ years of professional experience in a similar domain

Project/Program Management understanding and experience
