Content Publisher and Analytics Specialist – Brand Marketing & Communications
Are you a confident content publisher with a passion for content management and a flair for analytics? We’re looking for a specialist who can quickly publish and manage content across our channels then track their success to ensure our internal communications are timely, impactful and data-driven.

We work in a fast-paced, global environment and are responsible for campaign design and content development for a variety of internal channels and global programs to help people better understand EY GDS, feel empowered and inspired by our leaders, and connected to our strategy.
We’re looking for a content professional to support our internal communications teams with content publishing across our new Adobe-based intranet, our business-facing SharePoint site and to create and send emails via Marketo. In this central role, you will have exposure to the full the breadth of our content, and will be tasked to source data to measure its performance and build regular performance reports.
Your key responsibilities
• Publish all content to the Adobe-based intranet (AEM) and SharePoint
• Prepare and send emails using Marketo
• Collect and manage the compilation of all internal communications metrics using Adobe Analytics, on-platform analytics and other internal tools
• Reporting through completing PowerPoint templates, Microsoft Excel reporting and data manipulation or PowerBI
• Advocate and implement best practices in layout consistency, content formatting, SEO, accessibility, and analytics
• Support the wider Enablement team with administrative support and routine tasks
• Maintain the organization-wide internal campaign planner and communications calendar
Skills and attributes for success
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content creation and management
• Demonstrable experience preparing and sending emails using Marketo
• Ability to maintain and update SharePoint sites
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Power BI
• Technologically capable with an affinity for using multiple internal communication tools and platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for layout, structure and accuracy
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and tagging best practices for content discoverability
• Ability to collaborate, team and network across a matrixed organization
• Ability to identify best practices, challenges and be a problem solver
• Strong project management, problem-solving and teaming abilities
• Strong deadline-orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines
To qualify for the role, you must have
• 4+ years’ proven experience in a similar role, working within a Marketing, Communication or Digital Content team
• Previous experience in large, matrix organizations
