Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong expertise in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) module, with a focus on Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). Demonstrated ability to analyze security events and incidents, effectively utilizing ServiceNow to streamline incident resolution processes. Proficient in integrating ServiceNow SecOps with other security tools to enhance operational efficiency and response capabilities. Experience in conducting risk assessments and vulnerability management to ensure comprehensive security posture within the ServiceNow platform. Ability to provide training and support to teams on the effective use of the ServiceNow SecOps module, driving best practices in security operations.
