Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Job Description Data Engineer (3–4 Years Experience) Location Bangalore (Hybrid / Onsite as required) Experience 3–4 years total experience in Data Engineering / Backend Engineering Role Overview We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong Azure data platform experience and hands on backend development skills using Python and Java Spring Boot. The role requires building scalable data pipelines, APIs, and backend services that support analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases. The candidate should also have working experience with React.js (2–3 years) to support UI integration for internal tools, dashboards, and data driven applications. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Backend
• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines on Microsoft Azure
• Develop backend services using: o Python (Django / FastAPI) o Java Spring Boot
• Build and expose RESTful and asynchronous APIs for: o Data ingestion from SQL databases and flat files (CSV/JSON) o Data access and metadata services
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / Azure SQL
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines
• Support downstream analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML workflows Cloud & DevOps
• Work with Azure services such as: o Azure Data Factory / Azure Data Lake / Azure Blob Storage o Azure App Services / Azure Virtual Machines (as applicable)
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling for data pipelines and APIs
• Collaborate in CI/CD driven environments using Git and DevOps pipelines Frontend (React.js)
• Develop and maintain React.js based UI components for: o Internal dashboards o Data visualization interfaces o Admin and monitoring tools
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
• Work closely with backend and data teams to deliver end to end solutions ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory
• 3–4 years of experience in Data Engineering / Backend Development
• Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark, Django / FastAPI)
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure data and application services
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• 2–3 years of hands on experience with React.js Good to Have
• Exposure to data modeling and ETL frameworks
• Experience supporting analytics or AI/ML use cases
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments
• Working experience with Java Spring Boot
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams ________________________________________ Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
