The opportunity

The selected candidate will: 

• Supports the day-to-day activities of the development and engineering team by coding, programming and capturing specifications for a defined project, using developing technical capabilities
• Assists in the development and maintenance of a relevant solution or infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the relevant standards
• Translates product requirements into technical requirements and system language
• Contribute to the aligned and consistent design and/or architecture of a product, part of a product or a specific architecture subject
• Identify improvements and innovations in development processes and methodologies.

Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong programming background with good technical skills
• Ability to transfer business requirements into a realizable technical requirement.
• Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: SAP BTP, CPI, Cloud Foundry, SAP Gateway
• Good understanding of Nodejs, docker, GIT, and Gerrit.
• Good communication skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field preferred 
• 8+ years’ experience in Designing and Developing Analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud. 
• Experienced in developing Planning and Analytical Models in SAC. 
• Expertise in design, development and deployment of dashboards and planning applications using SAP analytics cloud for import and live scenarios
• Strong experience in activating, and developing use cases in the area of SAP Finance
• Sound knowledge of predictive scenarios, R-Visualizations and libraries. 
• Expertise in dashboard performance optimization
• Experience/good knowledge in Business Objects Universe/Report/Dashboard development, and documentation. 
• Experience with SAP and non-SAP Reporting.
• Should have experience in designing complex canned reports, multiple tabs, multiple queries on a single screen, list and cross-tab reports, charts, hyperlinking, drill-down and drill-through. 
• Good knowledge of Data visualization and skills in user experience.
• Identifying issues in applications and tuning for better performance
• Good Knowledge of Data Warehouse & BI Concepts
• Intermediate knowledge on SAP BW technicalities. Ability to develop SAP Bex queries, RKFs, CKFs, structures, exits, Broadcasting, RRIs.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong analytical capabilities and logical skills, Solution designing experience is a must.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Good understanding of agile methodology and scrum processes.
