The opportunity
The selected candidate will:
- As part of the CT SAP Domain product teams, your primary role would be to actively aid the product team in different phases of the product including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
- Explore alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs
- Create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to products.
Your key responsibilities
- SAP SuccessFactors, HCM Functional expert in a product development team providing crucial expertise in a functional area like Hire to Retire.
- Assist the product teams in translating business and product requirements into technical requirements, models and software architecture.
- Contributes to defining the product's architecture with the solution architect and the implementation team(s).
- Supports the product owner in writing user stories and offers crucial functional knowledge for shaping the end-to-end process and data flow.
- Support and advise product owner by ensuring technical and architectural feasibility, readiness, and compliance.
- Drive adoption of newer cutting-edge technology within the organization through knowledge sessions, adoption of the same in the solution, etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Must have bachelors or equivalent degree having minimum 6-10 years of experience with Human Capital Management products.
- Should have experience in modules like Employee Central, Learning management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, Succession and Planning
- Hands on in Configuration and provision SuccessFactors modules.
- Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia etc.
- Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents and solution
- Should be able to analyse quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF, Cloud team.
- Should be able to Design for data conversion, interface and reports requirements in SF, implementations.
- Proven experience as a functional lead – product owner experience also accepted.
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interact and coordinate with teams in multi-site international locations.
- Open minded and results-oriented team-player with a can-do attitude and open for ad-hoc tasks and activities.
- Sound understanding of the SAP product roadmap.
- Ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
