Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Reporting & Analytics team at a Senior Associate level. This role is ideal for individuals with 4–8 years of experience who excel in Power BI reporting, PowerPoint presentation design, and resource management. As a key contributor, you will support data-driven decision-making, deliver impactful visual reports, and optimize resource planning across projects. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business insights and performance tracking.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, visual appeal, and strategic messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
• Analyse resource utilization and capacity to support project demands, ensuring optimal allocation and forecasting.
• Support resource planning initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and track resource allocations using management tools, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members in reporting best practices and resource management workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements by implementing reporting automation and standardization.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on resource utilization, performance metrics, and project health.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data visualization, analytics, and resource management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, process managements, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and resource management roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, including the ability to decode complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint presentation design and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with resource management tools and project staffing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities and mentoring experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, project management, or resource planning are desirable.
