Privileged Access Management – Delinea Senior

 

Role Summary

Perform operational management of Privileged Access Management (PAM), including privileged account onboarding, credential lifecycle management (rotation, vaulting), session monitoring, and access request processing across onboarding and steady-state operations.

 

Technical Requirements – Must Have

  • Hands-on experience with PAM tools (Delinea,).
  • Strong knowledge of privileged account lifecycle management (onboarding, validation, deactivation).
  • Expertise in credential lifecycle operations including vaulting, rotation, reconciliation, and synchronization.
  • Experience in privileged access request processing, approval workflows, and break-glass/emergency access handling.
  • Ability to monitor and manage privileged sessions, identify anomalies, and raise incidents.
  • Strong experience managing L2/L3 IAM tickets within a structured service delivery model (incident, change, request, problem).
  • Understanding of privileged access risks, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

 

Technical Requirements – Good to Have

  • Experience onboarding Windows/Linux/Cloud privileged accounts and infrastructure systems into PAM platforms.
  • Familiarity with session recording, monitoring, and audit log analysis for privileged activities.
  • Exposure to integration troubleshooting between PAM and target systems (AD, databases, servers, applications).
  • Basic understanding of automation/scripting for PAM operations (credential rotation scripts, API usage).
  • Knowledge of security monitoring and SIEM correlation for privileged activity alerts.
  • Experience supporting audit/compliance processes (evidence extraction, control validation, gap identification).
  • Awareness of Zero Trust and least-privilege access principles in enterprise environments.

 

Additional Requirements / Profile Expectation

  • Ability to execute PAM operations at scale across onboarding, lifecycle management, and steady-state support.
  • Strong ownership in handling sensitive privileged operations with high security and compliance awareness.
  • Detail-oriented approach to credential management, access provisioning, and session monitoring accuracy.
  • Comfortable working under strict controls for approvals, break-glass access, and risk acceptance.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues across PAM platform and integrated target systems.
  • Strong discipline in following SOPs/runbooks and maintaining audit-ready evidence.
  • Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, server, and application teams for issue resolution.
  • Proactive in identifying privileged access risks, orphan accounts, and control gaps.
