The Senior Manager of Learning and Development is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at EY GDS Consulting. Your Job responsibilities:
- Create, organize, plans, and execute strategic learning initiatives.
- Should have exposure to creating and working on Competency frameworks
- Creation of competency dictionaries
- Learning maps
- Gap analysis
- Upskilling and cross Skilling methodologies
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Learning & Development team of professionals.
- Use and design digital tools: Utilize digital learning tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), to enhance training delivery.
- Create, maintain and develop training procedure manuals/guides
- Have an understanding of Business guidelines and protocol
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Creation of learning deployment plans
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Work with stakeholders to receive feedback on Pre and post training delivery
- Employee assessment post learning delivery through established assessment methodologies
- Deploy surveys to stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies
- Stakeholder management
- Understand uniqueness of each business segment and collaborate with business leads to deliver learning that align with employee and organizational growth and development
- Work back with vendors to create a learning plan and deliver as required by business making use of multiple learning platforms or blended learning methodology
- Problem solving and grievance handling of learners by working collaboratively with all L&D support functions
- Prepare and present L&D metrics and dashboards
- Deliver milestone events – NSP, NMADP etc
Technical skills requirements:
Graduate/ Postgraduate (preferably in HR/Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field).
Minimum of 18 years of core training & development experience.
Ability to effectively present information to clients, public groups, boards of directors, employees, management
Proficiency in MS Office and Certified soft skills facilitation (expertise on Power BI and Power Apps is an added advantage.
