 Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience :

  • 12+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Banking Consulting.
  • Strong exposure to Core Banking transformation, banking operations, or banking technology initiatives.
  • Experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, AML, KYC, Payments Financial Crime Compliance, or Governance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale banking transformation or consulting engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across business, operations, technology, and compliance functions.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, business process improvement, and change management.
  • Experience in defining and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for Banking, Core Banking, Risk & Compliance, and Payments offerings.
  • Proven track record in supporting business development activities, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and client pitches.
  • Experience in identifying market opportunities, industry trends, regulatory changes, and translating them into consulting offerings and solution propositions.
  • Develop consulting offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets to support market expansion.
  • Develop proposals, solution approaches, effort estimates, and commercial models for banking transformation engagements.

  • Core Banking Systems (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, TCS BaNCS, Mambu, etc.).
  • Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Deposits, Trade Finance.
  • Risk, Compliance frameworks, ISO 20022 and ISO8583 .
  • Regulatory reporting and governance.
  • Operational risk and control frameworks.
  • Banking operating model and process optimization.
