Job Description – Application Support (Revitty Signals Configuration)

Role Summary:

Seeking an Application Support Specialist with expertise in Revitty Signals Configuration to provide operational, functional, and technical support for Experiment Authoring capabilities in early-stage Life Sciences R&D. This role ensures smooth platform usage, resolves issues, manages configurations, and supports scientific end-users on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application-level support for Revitty Signals modules used by scientists for experiment authoring.
• Monitor system performance, triage incidents, resolve user-reported issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support configuration updates, permission models, template fixes, and structured data workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate platform issues and validate fixes.
• Support APIs, SQL queries, and data troubleshooting for experiment datasets.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support playbooks.
• Use GitHub and GitHub Actions for controlled updates and version tracking.
• Support Streamlit and C# based tools used for experiment workflow utilities.

Required Skills:

• Revitty Signals Configuration (non-negotiable).
• python (Streamlit), C#, SQL, APIs.
• GitHub and GitHub Actions for deployment and version control.
• Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Green Belt Six Sigma mindset and automation background.
• Familiarity with early LS R&D workflows and Signals domain.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting scientific platforms and LIMS/ELN/experiment authoring tools.

• The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $XXX per hour.  Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
