Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Onboarding Experience Associate Rank: Associate Location: Bangalore Experience: 3+ years ________________________________________ Role Overview EY India is hiring an Onboarding Experience Associate to support a seamless onboarding journey through strong execution discipline, accurate data tracking, and consistent experience delivery across workstreams. This is a high-execution role combining operations, governance support, and frontline new hire engagement, working with stakeholders across PAN India and engaging with new hires across levels. This role ensures onboarding runs consistently and at scale, while delivering a high-quality, human-centred experience and ensuring gaps and audit findings are tracked and closed effectively. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding Operations Tracking
- Track onboarding progress across the end-to-end journey (pre joining to first 6 months)
- Monitor coverage, timelines, and SLA adherence
- Maintain trackers with real-time updates; highlight gaps 2. Governance Support & Execution Discipline
- Manage governance logistics (invites, trackers, MoMs)
- Maintain action tracker with owners, timelines, and status
- Drive follow-ups on delays, SLAs, and pending actions
- Flag risks and execution gaps 3. Audit Tracking & Closure
- Track audit findings and action items
- Maintain logs with owners and timelines
- Follow up for timely closure and highlight recurring issues 4. MIS & Reporting
- Maintain onboarding MIS with high data accuracy
- Track key metrics: coverage, timeliness, attendance, engagement
- Prepare reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
- Highlight data gaps and trends 5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across PAN India
- Ensure timely updates and data inputs
- Track and follow up on defaulters and delays 6. New Hire Experience Delivery
- Support new hire orientation (WTEY and related interventions)
- Conduct tool/system walkthroughs and onboarding sessions
- Facilitate office tours and Day 1 experience
- Act as a first point of contact for new hires
- Ensure a smooth, engaging onboarding experience 7. Brand Ambassadorship
- Represent EY during onboarding interactions
- Uphold firm values, culture, and professionalism
- Deliver a positive first impression ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For Knowledge
- Understanding of onboarding / HR operations / L&D processes
- Familiarity with MIS, dashboards, and reporting
- Exposure to HR systems / LMS / workflows
- Basic understanding of audit tracking
- Awareness of AI tools for analysis and reporting ________________________________________ Skills
- Strong execution and tracking discipline
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and follow-ups
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to engage with diverse audiences across levels

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Analytics, L&D or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, L&D, or MIS roles is preferred ________________________________________
