We are seeking a leader with a passion for simplifying complex processes, driving technology adoption, and enabling scalable, standardized, and high-impact solutions in a global, collaborative environment.
The opportunity
You will lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across Talent programs, focusing on technology rollouts, process redesign, and implementation governance. You will act as a bridge between business, technology teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and sustained adoption.
Your key responsibilities

- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and external vendors to drive solution delivery and issue resolution
- Drive process design and re-engineering initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, and scalability across Talent processes
- Develop and institutionalize SOPs, service design frameworks, and governance models to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and digital enablement
- Ensure strong program governance across initiatives including milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner with global Talent COEs, HR Services, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure effective transition to new tools, systems, and processes
- Build and mentor teams to deliver high-quality transformation programs and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across global teams
- Deep experience in managing technology implementations, releases, and transformation programs
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft or similar platforms)
- Experience in process re-engineering, service design, and operating model transformation
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and technology interfaces
- Strong program management skills with experience in Agile/iterative delivery methodologies
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive standardization across diverse processes and regions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology and process solutions
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- ~12–15 years of experience with a strong focus on digital transformation, technology implementation, and process excellence
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across HR/Talent or similar enterprise functions
- Proven track record of driving process simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Experience in managing cross-functional and global stakeholder groups
- Strong team leadership and people management experience
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience working in global delivery models and shared services environments
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, DevOps, and release management tools
- Exposure to emerging HR technologies, automation, and digital platforms
What we look for
