1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards 

2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and 

3) Providing critical information for stakeholders. 

Our Service Offerings include External Audit,  Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• 1. Solution development / client delivery:
• Deliver analytical solutions for various audit processes, including but not limited to Journal Entry Testing, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Production and Inventory, Re-performance Testing
• Utilize advanced data extraction techniques from client ERPs to gather relevant data for analysis.
• Deliver high quality deliverables to the stakeholders to maintain the integrity of analytical outputs and adherence to quality standards.
• Contribution towards enhancing existing processes with possible automations and AI/ML. 2. Client Engagement and Communication:
• Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
• Adhering to meeting the deadlines of the assigned tasks
• Simultaneous collaboration on multiple engagements
• Engaging in client discussions to gain insights into business processes and requirements. 3. Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies including AI and applications in analytics, and best practices in audit analytics and data management. 4. Technical Skills & experience:
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, and any other skills related to data management.
• Python/Py-spark, AI/ML models, understanding of AI applications in analytics.
• Automation tools such as Python, VBA Macros, UiPath, Power Automate 5. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and confident speaking
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Quick learner with analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Good problem-solving aptitude and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel for work and flexibility to work on weekends/holidays as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ability to work collaboratively in a team with diverse skill sets.

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
