Asst Manager - Leadership Development
Leadership Development COE is focussed on building the pipeline of leaders equipped to manage the growth in GDS. The aim is to prepare the next level leaders with future ready skills fast-tracked through structured talent development interventions.
The key objective of this role would be to design , develop and deploy programs to meet the objectives of the COE.

Your key responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our Leadership Development team. This role is crucial in coordinating projects, tracking progress, connecting cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, ensure successful deployment of learning programs and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, managing communication and reporting for the function
Program Coordination & Management:
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of leadership development programs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Ensure successful deployment of programs within timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the central point of contact between the LD COE team, and other TD verticals , and external partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective information flow.
- Manage vendor engagements and proactively map the market for suitable vendors
Reporting & Analysis:
- Summarize key updates, risks, metrics, and milestones into concise and impactful reports.
- Track program KPIs, generate insights, and present findings to leadership.
- Support decision-making with well-structured data analysis and recommendations.
- Lead initiatives to drive digitalisation of data and reports
Documentation & Governance:
- Establish and maintain project documentation, dashboards, templates, and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with the vendor management team to work on SOWs with vendors engaged in LD programs
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies or risks and propose innovative solutions for smoother operations.
- Drive retrospectives and post-mortems to improve future program execution
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in project or program management; experience in LD function is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive-level summaries.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and frame micro plan to achieve the same
- Good at presentation skills, analysing data and executive summary
- Team player , extremely good at managing relationships
