The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve employee relations cases with a focus on timely outcomes. Experienced in collaborating with HR Business Partners to drive effective employee relations initiatives and projects. Skilled in conducting thorough investigations into grievances, ensuring comprehensive and fair evaluations. Proficient in preparing detailed investigative reports and maintaining accurate documentation related to case management. Adept at facilitating conflict resolution processes between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
