Manager - Leadership Development 

Leadership Development COE is focussed on building the pipeline of leaders equipped to manage the growth in GDS. The aim is to prepare the next level leaders with future ready skills fast-tracked through structured talent development interventions.
The key objective of this role would be to design , develop and deploy programs to meet the objectives of the COE.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design , Develop and deploy leadership program specific for the leadership ranks 
  • Work closely with the business leaders/ sponsors to understand the business requirements and evaluate the learning gaps. Build tangible learning solutions that address business needs 
  • Use the EY learning framework to curate programs that are based on learning , experience and coaching 
  • Lead and consult on learning interventions through blended e-learning, instructor-led programs, and measure training effectiveness
  • Track metrics for effectiveness of the program and objectives of the COE 
  • Stay connected with the Learning and Talent team for real-time updates and feedback for the programs 
  • Collaborate with the Learning COE in GDS for content & Global teams for learning programs for the leadership
  • Get insights from the market / compete organizations and on market trends 
  • Build a pool of vendor partners to leverage

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven experience as an L&D Professional 
  • Experience in design , development  and deploy training programs 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills  and ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Worked in building leadership development programs 
  • Facilitation skills
