The opportunity

EY’s global enterprise technology group provides various enabling services (ERP, infrastructure, platforms, service desk) to assist over 300K employees in creating and delivering solutions and services to Fortune 500, privately held and government-like entities.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Consult with Senior management in People Supply Chain Management to understand the strategic imperatives by being connected, responsive and Insightful. Understand their needs and business questions to determine the analysis and deliverables.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand strategic questions and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain high quality dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance
  • Deliver actionable business insights through data storytelling, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for informed decision making
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Python and R to support reporting, ad hoc analysis, and insights generation
  • Own workforce and people analytics use cases, including headcount trends, capacity analysis, internal fulfilment, and workforce planning metrics
  • Define, standardize, and monitor KPI frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leadership expectations
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (PSCM, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology) to integrate multiple data sources into unified analytics views
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytics efficiency using modern analytics tools and platforms
  • Present insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership, clearly articulating implications and suggested actions
  • Work in an Agile delivery environment, managing analytics deliverables through iterative development and stakeholder feedback
  • Stay current with advancements in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, and analytics best practices and apply them to improve solutions

 

Required Skills:

  • Good Stakeholder management, ability to communicate technical concepts with confidence and in an easy-to-understand fashion.
  • Strong hands-on experience in reporting and dashboard development, with a focus on actionable business insights.
  • Proven expertise in employee / workforce data analysis, including HR and people analytics use cases
  • Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, including:
    • Headcount and workforce metrics
    • Internal fulfilment and demand–supply analysis
    • Workforce planning and capacity management concepts

 

Technology & Tools (Hands-on Required)

  • Microsoft Power BI (PBI) – advanced dashboarding, data modelling, DAX, and performance optimization
  • Microsoft Fabric Suite – strong hands-on experience across Fabric components for analytics and reporting
  • Python and R – for data analysis, automation, advanced analytics, and statistical modelling
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating them into business-ready insights

 

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including data and analytics-related services
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to consult with senior stakeholders and convert business questions into analytical solutions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in MIS, Statistics, Data Science or similar field.
  • 9-11 year of reporting, analytics and dashboard development.
