Job Title: Hybrid Cloud – AIOps Senior Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AIOps Senior Engineer with 5 – 6 yrs of strong experience in intelligent operations, observability, and automation across hybrid cloud environments. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and optimizing AIOps and observability platforms to enable proactive incident management, intelligent alerting, root cause analysis, and operational efficiency for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical depth, combined with client-facing advisory experience, and the ability to drive AIOps adoption, transformation roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts across complex hybrid infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, design, deploy, and optimize AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, and ServiceNow ITOM to enable intelligent alerting, event correlation, and incident prevention.
• Design and implement end-to-end observability solutions using metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry data for performance monitoring and anomaly detection.
• Apply AI/ML-driven techniques for root cause analysis (RCA), noise reduction, and predictive insights across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
• Provide technical advisory support to cross-functional teams on cloud operations, monitoring strategy, automation, and service reliability.
• Conduct client workshops, assessments, and maturity evaluations to define AIOps adoption strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Integrate AIOps capabilities across hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and container-based environments.
• Develop automation scripts and integrations using Python, Shell, or PowerShell to enhance operational workflows and incident remediation.
• Support the design and execution of proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot implementations for AIOps and observability solutions.
• Drive solution presentations, business cases, and technical demos for client engagements and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ITSM, SRE, and platform teams to align AIOps initiatives with service management and operational governance models.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in Observability, AIOps, IT Operations, Service Management, and Automation.
• Solid understanding of AIOps principles including event correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with one or more of the following platforms:
  • AIOps & Observability: Moogsoft, Splunk (Core & ITSI), Dynatrace (Davis AI), Datadog
  • ITOM & Service Management: ServiceNow
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience working in client-facing advisory or consulting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Certifications (Minimum 2):

• IBM Certified Specialist – Watson AIOps
• Datadog Certified Monitoring Professional
• Splunk Core Certified Power User / Admin / ITSI
• Dynatrace Associate / Professional Certification
• Moogsoft Certification
• ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM Certifications
