About the Role: 

As part of EY Cyber Security’s AI Security team, you will spearhead the development and growth of EY’s AI Security Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE). You will lead the creation of innovative AI security solutions, assets, and enablement programs that empower teams across clients and industries. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in AI innovation, cybersecurity, and solution development, who can drive cutting-edge AI security initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

We’re seeking a Senior Manager with deep expertise in AI security, AI Architecture, Solutioning and driving AI innovation within enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading firm and play a pivotal role in driving the rapid growth and adoption of next-generation AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI Security Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE), driving solution and asset development to advance AI security capabilities.
• Enable and support innovative teams across clients by providing AI security tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive research and development of next-generation AI security technologies, including autonomous AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI/ML techniques, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and autonomous reasoning into cybersecurity workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI security innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and client needs.
• Mentor and coach innovation teams, promoting a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for AI security innovation within EY and the broader cybersecurity community.
• Ensure AI security innovation initiatives comply with cybersecurity standards, data privacy, and ethical guidelines.
• Lead innovation in AI security by integrating advanced AI/ML techniques, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and autonomous reasoning systems into cybersecurity workflows.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and business growth.

Technical Skills and Expertise:

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience in autonomous AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM engineering.
• Expertise in AI security solution development and innovation.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and secure AI workload deployment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including IAM, SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Understanding of AI observability, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation in cybersecurity.
• Awareness of compliance, data privacy, and ethical considerations in AI security innovation.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including IAM, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and incident management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in AI, cybersecurity, or related technology leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in AI security Innovation, Solutioning, and architectural developments
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, or cloud security certifications are highly desirable.
• AI certification or specialized training in AI innovation is a plus.
